our class BBQ will be changed to class chalet .

venue : tbc* .
amount to pay : tbc* .

events : BBQ , night activities , etc# .


* we need to knw who / how many ppl is coming and whether if you're staying over .
pls let me(sinhui) or yx knw by friday which is 4/12 . we'll give extra time to think is reason is valid .
# activities are to be suggested by ppl who are going and let us knw BEFORE 10/12 . so as to make th appropriate arrangement .
